Where's the Sand?
When you think of Nice on the French Riviera, you think of crystal blue waters, beach clubs with lounge chairs and stripped umbrellas as well as some of the most beautiful light in the world. What no one tells you is that Nice doesn’t have any sand. The beaches are large grey rocks about 4″ in diameter, and it’s virtually impossible to get in and out of The Med without water shoes. I love laying on the warm rocks as it feels like a hot stone massage, but walking on them is a totally different story. It’s hysterical to see people stumbling, cringing and saying, ‘ouch ouch ouch’ trying to get in and out of the water. Make sure you purchase water shoes that are snug, and I prefer zippered ones like these, as you want to have them tight on your feet or the rocks and water will pull them off your feet. I know, they aren’t sexy, but neither is falling over trying to get in and out of The Med. hehehe.

New Favorite Packing Cube

I’ve been lucky enough to have over 51k views on my packing cube video, but you are the first to hear that I have a new favorite CUBE. The Bagail compression packing cubes are The Bomb! I’m able to pack so much more in these lightweight well made packing cubes. I can pack all of my undies for a 2 week trip in the small cube in this set. Yep, I’m lovin’ them, and you heard it here first! Buy some Bagail packing cubes for your next trip; you’ll be surprised by how much you can stuff in these tiny cubes.
